     Tip of the month

This months tip is a answer to a question we often get asked.

Q. What ever happened to the Governance Code?
A. The Governance Code ceased to operate this summer. It has been replaced by two codes:

1. The Charities Regulator Governance Code

More here:

2. The Governance Code for sporting organisations

More here: (new website dealing with Governance coming in November)

For groups who are neither sporting nor charities the advice is to adopt the Charities Regulator Governance Code.
