Volunteer Management Tip of the Month
Undertake strategic planning. Sit down with your group & discuss the work the group is doing & the direction you are going. It mightn't be the most exciting meeting but it is so important & worthwhile doing 
 
Finally, we wish to invite you to our Christmas Coffee Morning Friday 7th of December 10am - 12pm. This is an opportunity for those who use our service, volunteers and groups, to meet up and catch up.
