Help Shape the Future of Volunteering in County Monaghan- New National Volunteering Strategy
The National Volunteering Strategy 2021-2025 is coming to an end this year. The Department of Rural and Community Development and the Gaeltacht has asked Volunteer Centres to consult with volunteers and organisations that involve volunteers. This is an opportunity for the voluntary sector in County Monaghan to influence the next strategy. Challenges and potential solutions identified in this process and included in the new National Volunteering Strategy are more likely to receive support over the next few years.
How you can help
Monaghan Volunteer Centre is organising a meetings for volunteers and non-profit organisations that involve volunteers, to provide input about the new National Volunteering Strategy. These will take place in Monaghan Town and Carrickmacross at the end of September and beginning of October.
