Carmichael is running a series of free, 2-hour workshops for small nonprofits on “Developing an Effective Annual Report”. These workshops are designed to help smaller nonprofits to use their annual report as a way of showing the public, their members and their funders how good their organisation is. The workshops are targeted at Board Members, Directors, Trustees, CEOs and Managers and anyone else involved in the preparation of Annual Reports for a nonprofit. This includes Companies Limited by Guarantee, Registered Charities, Unincorporated bodies, Social Enterprises and Sports Organisations. Sign up for a workshop here.
Tip of the Month
Volunteer role descriptions clarify what is expected of volunteers and helps them to take ownership and feel confident in their volunteer role, this helps organisations to retain volunteers and ensure the needs of the organisation are being met.
