Tip of the Month – Transparency
Transparency for voluntary groups has never been more important. Everything from money to membership can become a hot topic leading to stress for club members and volunteers. If money is raised do people know how it is being spent? If there is a membership policy is this publicly available? Consider transparency at every juncture to avoid conflict in the long run!
