July Newsletter

Welcome to our July Newsletter. We have lots of new volunteer opportunities this month so hopefully there is something for everyone.

Tip of the Month: The Old & The New

The dynamic can be difficult to get right when new volunteers join a long established organisation. New members are the lifeblood of any group so it’s worthwhile investing time in recruitment. Volunteer induction, role rotation and regular feedback can all help smooth the path for new members.
